Ausführung dieses Turniers fand im Golf Rastenmoos statt, mit 39 Fasnächtlern von Zünften und Gesellschaften der Stadt und Umgebung, der MLG, Safranzunft, Weyzunft, Fidelitas, Gallizunft, Eglizunft, Mättlizunft und Jakobsgesellschaft.** Organisiert wurde dieses Turnier von der MLG als federführende Gesellschaft mit dem OK angeführt von Carlo Bacchetta. Auf diesem Golfplatz wurden 9 Löcher seriös gespielt, das heisst es wurde gewertet nach Stableford. Die weiteren 9 Löcher wurden in einer Plauschform gespielt. D.h. die Abschläge oder das Putten wurde erschwert. z. B. mit Eishockey-Schläger abschlagen oder mit dem Driver putten, mit dem Putter auf dem Abschlag abschlagen, extra in einen Bunker spielen usw. Wir sind ja Fasnächtler und nehmen’s halt manchmal nicht alles so ernst, selbst auf dem Golfplatz. Die Idee dieses Turnier ist dass sich golfende Fasnächtler in Sommer für eine gemütliche und lustige Golfrunde treffen. Dies war auch die Idee vor 18 Jahren als das erste Turnier von mir organisiert wurde.
